SHIPPING POLICY
All baby clothing are custom made so we ask that you please read the following policies below..
After tracking number is received and issued we are not responsible for delays in shipping. All packaging does come with insurance for lost packaging. If it is found that packaging has been lost a investigation will be enforced and a full refund will be given. Due to Covid 19 please expect delays with the postal services. If item (s) are needed quickly next day shipping options are available.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
No returns. Exchanges are allowed if merchandise is damaged, f items are damaged a picture of such must be sent out to me 24hrs-48 hours of receiving. All merchandise has insurance included therefore if delivered damaged a claim will be filed and new replacement items will be reissued promptly according to my current inventory. Correspondence will be sent to advise all parties of exact arrival of replacements.
PROCESSING POLICY
All items are custom made therefore please allow 5-7 business days for processing your order at the max. Depending on inventory processing times may be done earlier. This does not include shipping time.
